Posing practice at Max Muscle Springfield, 7 days before the 2015 NPC Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic Championships. This was also 13 days before the 2015 NPC Max Muscle Mid-Atlantic Open, VA/DC State, and Armed Forces Championships.  I weighed 188.2 lbs at the time.

Back to Back - 5 years apart

I never grow tired of looking at side by side comparisons. 28 versus 33. Me versus me. The only competition that really matters. On the left, I weighed 196 lbs at the 2010 NPC Team Universe (July 10th, 2010). On the right, I weighed 188 lbs at the 2015 NPC Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic Championships (November 8th, 2015).
